Commission Structure

We believe in creating a fair and sustainable partnership with our vendors. Marketplace at the Mall retains a 10% commission on vendor sales, which helps support the shared costs of operating, promoting, and improving the Marketplace. This commission allows us to invest in the overall shopping experience, including customer service, marketing, events, visual merchandising, checkout support, and continued traffic-building efforts that benefit all vendors. Our goal is to keep the structure simple, transparent, and aligned with vendor success: when our vendors succeed, the Marketplace succeeds.

Work Credit Program

Our vendors are more than just tenants; they are the heart of our vibrant community. For those looking to take a proactive role, we provide an exclusive Vendor Work Credit Program. This initiative allows select partners to reduce their monthly rent by contributing to essential mall operations.

 

Qualified participants can earn credits by welcoming guests, assisting with visual merchandising, supporting special events, or helping with vendor organization. This collaboration ensures our space remains a premier destination for every shopper.

 

Participation is by application only and requires full vendor approval. We look for reliable, professional individuals with excellent customer service skills. Since you will represent our entire collective, a commitment to supporting all vendors and fostering a warm, hospitable atmosphere is vital. Opportunities are limited and scheduled according to current marketplace needs.
